ABOUT THE PROJECT
Eclipse Theia is an extensible IDE framework that allows adopters to create custom integrated development environments. At Ericsson, I design and build custom features for our internal IDE including specialized tools that enable our C-developers to work more efficiently. We started using the Eclipse Theia project as our base framework but have since moved to CodeOSS (VSCode).
I have been a committer/contributor to the Theia project where I’ve submitted issues, bug fixes, and new features that have been merged into the main project and adopted by other IDEs around the world, including the Arduino Pro IDE and Google Cloud Shell Editor.
